The examples below show just a few of the image adjustments that can be made that completely change the look and feel of the image. These adjustments are not always necessary but can be a good way of making your chosen splashback image 'fit' perfectly with your colour scheme and overall 'look' you are after.
I love bright saturated colour photos and they work wonderfully in many kitchens - they 'jump out,' add energy, vibrance and fun.
However when some of the colour is desaturated, the overall image / splashback becomes more 'toned back' and slightly more sophisticated and this suits interior schemes that want that want that slightly more elegant feel.
